These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ods96 platform and all of its services. When you create an account on ods96 or use the platform, you automatically consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

3.1 Deposit Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is provided on the first deposit at ods96, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount multiplied by 25 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable. 4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each player may use each bonus offer only once.
• The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be cashed out.
• Attempting to claim a bonus from multiple accounts may result in account suspension.

4.4 VIP Program

The ods96 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond. 5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on ods96 are operated under a fully fair and impartial fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined by an automated Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, ods96 reserves the right to cancel that round or correct the result.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Playing using any kind of software bot, automation or artificial intelligence.
• Colluding with other players to place bets or manipulate matches.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
